About
Built fromthe airframe up.
Kepel Inc designs and builds unmanned mission systems in India. Unusually for this field, we also design the stabilised camera, the navigation module and the onboard computer that go inside them.
Our vision
An India whose drones are designed, built and supported at home, by people who stand behind every part.
Our mission
To build complete unmanned systems, from the airframe to the camera, the navigation and the onboard computer, so they work together from day one and one team answers for all of it.

May we, standing in front, keep watch over the nation.
Our values
What we hold ourselves to.
- 01
Say what is true
We publish where every system really stands. If a number is a design target and not a flight result, we say so.
- 02
Build for the field
Heat, dust, wind and interference are the real test. We design for the places our aircraft actually fly, not for the lab.
- 03
Made here, supported here
We design and build in India, so the people who made your aircraft are the people who support it.
How we work
Why we build the whole stack.
Most drone companies integrate. They buy a gimbal from one vendor, a GNSS module from another and a computer board from a third, then spend the project making firmware, power and support work across three roadmaps they do not control.
We took the harder route. 3 of the subsystems in our aircraft are our own designs. That means fewer suppliers between a requirement and a working aircraft, and support that stays inside the country the aircraft fly in.

Where we stand
Honest about status.
Not everything in our catalogue is at the same stage, and we would rather tell you than blur it. Some systems are flight proven. Others carry figures marked planning grade, which means they are design targets, not measured flight results. If a number matters to your decision, ask us what it is based on. We would rather answer that early than have it come up during acceptance testing.
