Mechatronics & airframe
Multirotor, VTOL and fixed wing structures, propulsion sizing, folding mechanisms and payload mounts.

Electronics & PCB
Onboard computers, power architecture, CAN FD and secure boot chains.

RF & navigation
Multi constellation GNSS, RTK, anti jamming and antenna integration.
- 04
Optics & control
Three axis gimbal control loops, EO/IR sensor integration and line of sight stabilisation.

Computational simulation
Aerodynamic and structural analysis, thermal budgets and flight performance modelling.
- 06
Flight test & training
Airworthiness testing, DGCA compliance, and running the Forge pilot programme.
